Return & Shipping

Because every Wink & Blink order is placed and fulfilled through our Amazon store, shipping, returns and refunds are handled securely by Amazon for each order. Here’s what to expect.

Shipping

  • Delivery speed, tracking and any shipping costs are shown at checkout on Amazon and depend on your location and whether you have Amazon Prime.
  • You can track your order at any time from Your Orders in your Amazon account.

Returns

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, go to Your Orders → Return or replace items in your Amazon account and follow the steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Amazon will process your refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Processing times are set by Amazon and your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we’re sorry — please request a replacement or refund through Amazon, or contact us at retail@winkandblink.us and we’ll help make it right.
